My artwork can't be used for any kind of AI training or be sold as NFTs, non-negotiable.
The drawing is for personal use only, commercial use can be discussed.
I retain the rights to the artwork and to sign it unless exclusive ownership is discussed. Your commission might get posted in social media with a watermark.
It is strictly forbidden to claim my artwork as yours.
I have the right to deny your commission if I can't do it for some reason.
50/50 payments can be discussed based on the total amount.
No refunds are allowed once I get started with base colors, the amount that'll be refunded will be based on how far away I'm in the lineart process.
You're allowed to make 3 modifications per artwork
Lineart modifications can't be done once I get started with base colors.
Art can take up to 2 weeks depending on complexity once out of the waitlist, if more time is required the client will be told, if I can't finish the artwork a refund will be offered based on how much I had done so far.
References must be provided, or I won't be able to move forward with the drawing.
